Who Are We?
We are a team of high functioning individuals who have collectively worked with over 70+ brands over the course of our careers helping businesses in over 6+ countries achieve their true potential.
In the midst of the pandemic, we saw an opportunity to help businesses transform themselves digitally.
Our global all-remote workforce gives us the flexibility to work at a pace we are all individually comfortable with while allowing us to be always at our best in terms of productivity. It also ensures that we are available across multiple time-zones for the convenience of our clients.
Key People
Anirudh is a product specialist who has strategised for & managed the digital efforts for 30+ brands across Industries such as online & offline education, luxury apparel, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics and supply chain, beauty products & services etc.
As a T-shaped generalist specializing in product development he brings a wealth of experience in software development lifecycle, digital communication, marketing, campaign management & data analytics to the table with a global exposure spanning countries such as Canada, UAE & India over the course of his career.
Before founding Passer in 2020, Anirudh was building the global E-commerce business & tech products to support the rapid growth of the omni-channel business at Herringbone & Sui, one of the hottest new entrants into India’s booming bespoke luxury fashion scene.
Prior to that, he was working on digital branding and marketing at Haptik, one of the world’s leading AI enabled virtual assistant platforms. He was also the first marketing hire for UpGrad, one of India’s largest online education platforms, where he set up the entire marketing & events infrastructure and developed the first ever. integrated 360° plan at the company.
Andrea is a digital marketing strategist with over 9 years of experience in a fast-paced growth ecosystem. She has worked with 20+ brands across North America, MENA, Asia and Europe, having optimized multiple touch points in the user funnel in the lifestyle, gaming, software, e-commerce, education, beauty, and on-demand verticals.
As a result oriented growth hacker with a flair for adopting emerging trends, she is passionate about building brands using tailored solutions to drive ROI and sustainable growth.
Andrea is an Associate Director at Omnicom Digital, having previously worked with various global icons such as Media.net and Zomato. She also has teaching credits on Ed-tech platforms – Upgrad and TapChief.
Armaan is an enthusiastic software Engineer with 8+ years of experience and a passion for solving difficult problems, brainstorming innovative app ideas, learning the latest technologies and using his skills to build cool things. As a Fullstack Engineer who specializes in developing web & mobile apps, he is well versed in over 9 programming languages, machine learning and application development.
Armaan has previously built voice recognition security systems, custom ERP, inventory management & e-commerce solutions, alongside web and mobile apps for various brands such as Got Tea, Herringbone and Sui, VoiceIt etc.
Why Are We Named Passer?
Passer is a type of old world sparrow. It is known to be survivor, the only wild bird to survive in urban areas. The species is extremely social and forms colonies to survive the rapid urbanization in the constantly evolving new world topography. In order to sustain themselves, these birds ensure that they take care of one another within their built out colonies.
This adaptable, survivalist and collaborative approach towards life resonates very well with our values, work philosophy and team structure.
